How To Receive A Rebate When Selling a Home
We'll give you a rebate equal to 10% of the listing agent's commission when you sell a home. On a $300,000 home with a 6% total listing commission (split 50/50 between the listing agent and buying agent), you would receive a $900 rebate ($300,000 X 3% X 10%).
This rebate is based on the lowest negotiated commission, so you're free to negotiate with the broker to get the lowest rate. To qualify you must use an agent that we refer, but we'll refer as many as you like!
Get started by submitting the Find Your Agent form or by calling 800-641-9438. A Move Coordinator will answer questions about the home-buying and selling process and match a local real estate agent with your specific needs.
Upon the closing of the home transaction, provide a HUD-1 closing statement to the Move Coordinator, who will then send a check for the applicable rebate.
